The 2+2 Plan allows Penn Staters to spend two years at one campus before transitioning to another campus to complete their degree.

A SEAMLESS TRANSITION
You do not have to reapply for admission when it’s time to move from your first campus to your second. Instead, you’ll complete the change of campus process with your advisor to begin your transition.
Most of our majors can be started at any campus, where you’ll take General Education and prerequisite courses for your major before moving to your ending campus to complete your degree.
