Specially designed to fit and flatter swollen feet, our footwear is much wider, deeper and roomier than the wide-fitting footwear you’ll find on the high street. We are a small, caring company with 39 years’ experience of fitting swollen feet and legs.

All of our footwear has the same extra roomy width fitting (6E for women and 3H for men). Don’t worry if you don’t know your width fitting as most of our styles are adjustable and can cope with a range of foot shapes and swelling. To put it simply, if you have swollen feet and you can’t find footwear to fit, we can probably help.

What fitting is Cosyfeet footwear?

All our styles have an extra-wide fitting of 6E for women and 3H for men. Don’t worry if you don’t know the exact width of your feet as most of our styles are very adjustable and can cope with a range of swelling and foot shapes.

What size should I order?

Most customers find that the shoe size they wore before experiencing swelling (e.g. size 6) is wide and deep enough to provide the extra room they need. If we don’t offer a half size in the style you want, we recommend you order the smaller full size.

How do I order strap extensions?

If you have especially swollen feet we can supply matching strap extensions to lengthen the straps on most touch-fastening styles.

• To order men’s strap extensions please quote MX followed by the style and colour. All strap extensions are £4.80 per pair (without VAT £4).

How does your ‘hidden depth’ sole design work?

The sole unit on our ‘hidden depth’ footwear allows the foot to sit below the sole line. This means that the extra depth is ‘hidden’ within the shoe so it still looks neat and streamlined.

Do I need to take care if I have diabetes?

Yes. We are aware of the problems that people with diabetes may have and so we offer footwear and socks with minimal seaming. However, not all our products may be suitable for your feet, so you need to make your own judgement or ask a medical advisor. Please run your fingers inside any item before wearing, checking for anything that may harm. After buying new footwear, wear it for 30 minutes to 1 hour at first, then inspect your feet for pressure marks or irritation. A hand mirror is useful so you can examine your whole foot. How quickly will I get my order?

We use Royal Mail Tracked Services which aim to deliver within 48 hours of despatch. We also offer a Priority Despatch Service for an additional cost which guarantees same day despatch for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and aims to deliver within 24 hours of despatch. How much will I be charged for my delivery?

THE COSYFEET SHOP IN SOMERSET

Our custom-built shop in Street, Somerset is bright, airy and welcoming with plenty of free parking outside. We have wheelchair access, toilets and air conditioning to make your visit as pleasant as possible. We kindly ask that you wear a mask or face covering unless you are exempt. Our team of experienced and friendly staff are on hand to offer help and advice and ensure you leave with the product that’s right for you.

The town of Street is 15 miles from junction 23 of the M5 and 10 miles from the A303. The Cosyfeet shop is a two minute car or taxi ride from Street’s town centre.

The shop is open: 9.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday 9.30am – 1.00pm Saturday
